I’m not sure why Bakura gave Seto the Eye, but probably because he had that one, and he didn’t have the Rod.
Shadi and Hasan are the same person in the same time. Present-Shadi came back to the past (in the form of Bobasa) with Yuugi and the others, and played Hasan in the memory world/RPG. Oh I love Bakuras of all kinds!

- I know Kaiba doesn’t believe in the heart of the cards and all that, but it still seems a little strange for him to say something that implies that a good duelist is made entirely by his good cards.
- Poor Jounouchi. He really does get shoved into a lesser role a lot of the time, though I’m at least as guilty of being more interested in ancient Egypt than the present, too.
- I wonder if Shizuka’s at all interested in Otogi or Honda. She seems to just think of them as friends.
- Eee, I finally get to see the dub episode of the second Shadi episode! ^_^
- When Honda and Otogi fought on top of Battle Ship, there was a lot more fighting, and some real punching and shoving, that was cut out to protect our innocent little American children.
- *snerk* Honda called Shadi “The man in the white bathrobe.” He’s just supposed to say “man in white,” which suggests an angel.
- Arg, Shadi’s accent gets annoying when he talks too much in the dub.
- When Shadi showed him the God Card tablets, Pegasus wasn’t really so rude to everyone. And he was shouting “Jesus!” “Oh my God!” and “Really?” in English. ^_^
- Ha, Shadi can summon up the Shadow Realm really well.
- I wonder why Pegasus chose to make Ra so mechanical. I think the carving of it is pretty cute. ^_^
- Heh heh, Shadi’s so cool and mysterious. He didn’t talk NEARLY as much in the Japanese version, but what else is new?
- Ever notice how anime girls’ breasts grow at least two full cup-sizes when they’re in swimming suits? Like Anzu in June’s Shonen Jump.
- Heh… Manga Yami Yuugi really doesn’t seem interested in Anzu. ^_^
- Eee, I can’t WAIT to see Bakura in Shonen Jump next month!!

- I’m so glad Shadi’s getting a bigger role in the anime.
- From Duelist Kingdom to the Doom saga, I thought the animation was getting better and better… But I must say, a lot of the Egypt arc’s animation is just… noticeably worse. It’s quite sad, because that’s my favorite part, and it has the potential to be so much more beautiful…
- If Yam Malik would just deal with people right away instead of putting it off, he’d accomplish a lot more!
